JSC "Mortgage Refinancing Company of Uzbekistan" Issued its First UZS 50 billion "Green" Corporate Bonds

On June 10, 2024, amendments and additions to the "Rules for State Registration of Securities Issuance and Issuance of Securities Issuance" were made by the "National Agency for Prospective Projects". UzMRC bonds are the first in Uzbekistan official "Green" corporate bonds listed on the Stock Exchange in the Republic of Uzbekistan and also compliant with International Capital Market Association’s Green Bond Principles.

It should be noted that the "Green" corporate bonds of the UzMRC are considered one of the first and important steps aimed at the development of the "Green" economy in Uzbekistan.

By the decision of the Board of the republican stock exchange «Toshkent» dated August 7, 2024, on inclusion of the company ordinary shares (UZ7056880014) to «Transit» category of the «Stock Market» segment, as well as inclusion of the first issue of corporate bonds (UZ6056887AA1) and the second issue of corporate bonds (UZ6056887AB9) in the «Bond Market» segment of the exchange listing. Company shares and bonds are allowed to trading from August 8, 2024.
